Holiday Waist Saver!

Dr. Jen’s Savoury Cottage Cheese

If the holiday season has you out and about at various parties, your waistline may start to suffer. Try this simple trick: Eat a snack rich in protein before you go! This way you will not feel the need to over indulge. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup cottage cheese (a whopping 20 grams of protein!)
  • ½ chopped roma tomato
  • ½ chopped green onion
  • A few dashes of cracked pepper
  • A small sprinkle of sea salt

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients together and eat up! If you like spice, add a drop of Tabasco sauce!
