Dr. Jen’s New Favourite Breakfast!

Needing a new cereal idea that is perfectly balanced and loaded with flavour and nutrition? Here it is!

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup kamut puffs
  • 1/3 cup Original crank granola
  • 1/3 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ banana, sliced
  • 1 scoop LivingFuel Living Protein
  • 1 cup rice milk

Pour kamut puffs, granola, blueberries, and banana into a bowl. Sprinkle Living Protein on top and stir. Add rice milk and enjoy!

BEWARE!!! This is a 500 calorie breakfast. Adjust portion size accordingly.
