½ cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
½ frozen banana
1 cup milk
¾ cup Greek yogurt (I like PC’s 0% M.F. honey)
¼ tsp pure vanilla extract
½ tsp pumpkin pie spice (to make 1 tsp of this blend, mix ½ tsp cinnamon, ¼ tsp ground ginger, 1/8 tsp allspice, 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg)
A few ice cubes
